We just got home today from our beach vacation. Josh had lots of fun hanging out with his new friends and enjoying the beach breeze. He was a little weary of the ocean and wasn't sure what to think of the waves and salt water. He was a trooper and a brave boy as we carried him into the ocean.
The night of the first UT football game of the season we took our annual picture of all the UT offspring on the couch. This was the best one we could get, only a couple tortured faces. Next year, I think we will have to get another couch (or two).
Summer love... here is Brooke and Josh swinging together on our last night at the beach. As you can see, they are quite taken with each other.
Toddler races... although Josh did not get to partake in the competition, this is one of my favorite pictures. Tyler was the big winner this year. I over heard some of the dads saying they were going to get several more competitions ready for them next year . We will be starting Josh's training tomorrow morning.

I remember taking a picture with Chris in 1998 on this same balcony. I didn't know him very well back then. Who would have thought we would be standing together in the same spot almost 10 years later with our first child!

The boy will eat the sand, but heaven forbid his knees touch it. All that Yoga Josh and I do together is paying off. (Just kidding, I totally do not do yoga with my son).
18 adults, 8 kids, and 4 on the way. We had fun guys, thanks for another year of memories!
