It's 100 degrees. Thank God for the splash park! Josh loves running around and getting soaked by the spraying water. Sometimes, I load Josh in the jogging stroller and we go for a run around the neighborhood ending up at the splash park. I conveniently get to chase Josh in and out of the water sprays as I cool off. These are my favorite mornings, watching him run so carefree and happy.
The splash park is a great place for a date. Katie loves to chase Josh all over the park. It is amazing that only one short year ago, this is what they did at the splash park.....
A few nights ago, some of my friends from the NICU went to see Elvis in concert. He was so good, you would think he was the real deal! He had the moves, ladies, oh yes he did! We were all "swooning" over Elvis, until we went down to the stage to get a close up. We'll just leave it at that. Needless to say, it would have been best to stay at a far distance to enjoy The King. We had a great time sipping wine under the stars as we danced along to some of our Elvis favorites.

...sit in one place. Pre-mobile Josh and Katie were easier to contain, but this summer they are much more entertaining to watch as they splash about. (Please note Josh's muffin top).
