Emily-isms:

1. Emily will grab our hand and lead us around the house until we find what she wants at which point she will not rest until we pinpoint her exact needs. The problem is she can't say "yes" yet, only "NO!"

  For example, if she leads me to the pantry, I will take out the applesauce and she says, 

"NO"

then the crackers-

"NO"

then the raisins-

"NO"

then the goldfish-

"THIS!!!!!" with a giant and content smile on her face.

This=Yes.

I'm learning. 

2. Emily LOVES books. She wakes up and asks for books, and will not go to bed with out reading her three favorite books in order:

Good night Gorilla, Goodnight Moon, Brown Bear.

3. Emily loves to play peek-a-boo. She will cover her eyes and play with us, but she leaves her eyes covered for a very long time (several minutes if we let her). It gets dangerous when we are playing in the car, I can tell you that much.
